MM18 is a Swedish company founded in 2018 by Sören Nygren and Erik Wilander. It focuses on digital pathology and computer assisted analysis of tissue sections of human cancer, initially prostate cancer. The aim is to obtain reproducible, correct and objective histo-pathological diagnoses as a complement and aid to pathologists. The technology will not only streamline the diagnostic process it will also make it faster, which will bring advantages for patient and society.
